I began my career as a teacher, then became a school principal and educational supervisor in the Jordanian Ministry of Education. I have extensive experience in developing high school exams and quality control tests for education. I have also worked on programs and projects for training and evaluating teachers, school principals, and educational supervisors, in addition to implementing numerous seminars and training workshops in various fields. I also work as a professor in the Faculty of Educational Sciences at Yarmouk University, as well as an academic researcher. I have published numerous research papers, publications, and translated books. Additionally, I have held various leadership roles within the university, such as the Deanship of Scientific Research, the Deanship of Student Affairs, the Head of Strategic Planning and Quality Assurance, the Head of the Curriculum and Instruction Department, and Academic Accreditation. Finally, I served as a coordinator for the TIMSS and PISA exams for several cycles, translating and adapting their tools and manuals. I have extensive knowledge and experience in the field of education, curriculum development, and textbook evaluation, both inside and outside Jordan. I can apply this knowledge in teaching and research, as well as developing computer-based mathematics curricula in partnership with the Jordanian Ministry of Education, Rubicon, and the Cisco Education Institute in the United States. In addition to being a leader, I work hard and dedicate myself to meeting demands and deadlines. I am collaborative, patient, and flexible. I also possess other skills, including communication, research, management, planning, decision-making, problem-solving, and time management (planning and follow-up). I work effectively within teams and have the ability to make a difference wherever I am. I respect cultural and intellectual diversity, and I am a source of inspiration and motivation for others.
I have worked with various bodies to launch awards for distinguished education, motivating and recognizing outstanding educators. I have also evaluated projects, research, and academic promotions at the local and international levels. I have also developed faculty evaluations and managed the teacher licensing project in the United Arab Emirates.
Believes in the importance of continuous learning with passion and enthusiasm, and I enrolled in the CAEL program at Harvard University/Boston.
