I am Yousra Harb an associate professor in the IT department. My primary field of specialization is Knowledge and Data Management. I earned a Bachelor's degree and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Yarmouk University in Jordan. I completed another master degree’s in information systems and Ph.D. in Information Systems at Dakota State University in the USA in 2016. 

Upon completing of doctoral studies, I began as Assistant Professor in management information systems department. I was promoted to the position of Associate Professor in Information Technology department in 2021.

I have also held an administrative position at Yarmouk University as Dean Assistant for Quality Assurance in the Information Technology and Computer Sciences department for about two years.
