Dr. Iyad Abu Doush is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science  in Yarmouk University, Irbid-Jordan. He received his B.Sc. from Computer Science Department at Yarmouk University, Irbid-Jordan in 2001. In 2001 Dr. Abu Doush awarded a scholarship from Yarmouk University to study M.Sc. in Computer Science and information, and in 2005 he awarded a scholarship from Yarmouk University to study Ph.D. in computer science. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Computer Science Department at New Mexico State University - USA in 2009. 

In April-2009 Dr. Abu Doush awarded Merit-based Enhancement fellowship from graduate school for outstanding service to New Mexico State University as teaching and research assistant. He served as Computer Science department head in the academic year 2011/2012. Dr. Abu Doush published a number of high quality papers in international Journals and conferences, and he is the reviewer for several international conferences and journals. His research interests include: Evolutionary Algorithms, Optimization, Accessibility, and Human Computer Interaction .
