I attained my Bachelor of Computer Science (BSc) and Master of Computer Science (MSc) degrees from Jordan University of Science and Technology in 2006 and 2010, respectively. Subsequently, I successfully pursued my Ph.D. in Computer Science at Utah State University in the United States, graduating in 2017, with Professor Stephen Clyde as my advisor, and achieving a flawless GPA of 4.0/4.0. Preceding my doctoral studies, I held the position of Assistant Professor in the Information Technology program at Yarmouk University (YU) in Jordan for six years. Currently, I am an assistant professor in school of computing at Weber State University.
I specialize in research across various domains, including Security Awareness, Security Analysis, Data Integrity, Privacy, Data and Information Security, Data Analysis, and Data Mining. My track record includes numerous publications and presentations within my field, and I have been deeply involved in interdisciplinary international research initiatives. I've taken on diverse roles, including serving as a Project Manager, Coordinator, and team member in several EU-funded projects under H2020, HOPES, and DAAD.
