As an educator and scholar in Educational Administration with a minor in Women Studies, my teaching philosophy centers on fostering critical inquiry, reflective practice, and transformative leadership among students. I believe in creating inclusive, student-centered learning environments that empower future educators and administrators to become agents of change. Drawing from my experiences in both Jordan and the United States, I integrate cross-cultural perspectives and practical applications into my teaching, encouraging students to link theory with real-world challenges in education systems. My research interests are rooted in equity, leadership, and innovation in education. I have extensively explored themes such as teacher leadership, digital integration in higher education, gender and leadership, and faculty development. Notably, my work has examined faculty perceptions of change agency, women’s leadership in academia, and the impact of professional development on instructional practices. I am particularly committed to advancing research that informs policy and enhances educational equity, quality, and social justice , especially in marginalized contexts and developing regions. My ongoing involvement in projects on STEM education, digital pedagogies, and leadership capacity-building reflects my dedication to interdisciplinary and applied research. Ultimately, I aim to contribute to the development of inclusive, effective, and forward-thinking educational systems both regionally and globally
