Several Operations Management issues with emphasis on Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Sustainability, Impact Relationships, Supply Chain Strategies in Developing Countries, Logistics Management, Strategic Outsourcing, Logistics service Providers, Logistics Performance, Research Trends and Current Issues in Supply Chain and Logistics Management, Decision Making under Uncertain Environments, Decision-Making Modeling, Quantitative Analysis, Operations Research, Entrepreneurship, innovation and social media usage.

·         Program Development:

o   As the head of business Dept., I managed to prepare all needed requirements to establish a new MBA program (Entrepreneurship and Leadership). Including justifications, market research, supportive letters, application forms, course structure, PLO’s, course description, CLOs, and future developments.

o   Bachelor program of Supply Chain Management and Logistics Sciences.

·         Program Evaluation: I was a member in several evaluation committees to assess different business programs inside Jordan and within the region, such as Quality assurance certificate (Business School, private university), Capacity assessment/identification (Business school, private university), New logistics and SCM program Assessment (Gulf Area).

·         Supply Chain and Logistics Management:  a new BA program – Business administration dept. Faculty of Business, Yarmouk University. Active member in 3 committees for two years of preparations.
