الاستاذ الدكتور بسام الردايـــدة خريج جامعة الينوي، اربانا – شامبين – الولايات المتحدة الامريكية. يعمل حالياً أستاذاً في كلية الفنون الجميلة في جامعة اليرموك – الأردن. الردايـدة عمل نائبا لعميد كلية الفنون الجميلة ورئيس قسم التصميم والفنون التطبيقية ومديراً للمركز الأردني للتصميم ورئيس قسم الفنون البصرية في جامعة اليرموك ولعدد من السنوات. وقد مثل الأردن في العديد من القاءات والمؤتمرات الاكاديمية، وله العديد من المنشورات العالمية والإقليمية، وقد شارك في عدد من المعارض الفنية داخل الأردن وخارجها كما في كندا- البرتا وأمريكا - سان فرانسيسكو والينوي وشيكاغو وبيركلي وأيدهو والأردن وسلطنة عمان والبحرين ومصر وسوريا. وقد فاز أيضا بعدد من الجوائز العالمية والمحلية والشهادات التقديرية إثر مشاركاته الفنية خارج المملكة. ويحمل الردايــدة ايضاً عدة عضويات اكاديمية واجتماعية، وترأس وشارك في العديد من لجان التحكيم الدولية والإقليمية. كما انه أشرف على عدد من رسائل الدكتوراه والماجستير بالإضافة الى عقد العديد من الورش العلمية في مجال علوم الفن داخل الأردن وخارجها.

Professor Bassam N. Al-Radaideh is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, USA. He is currently a professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts at Yarmouk University in Jordan. Al-Radaideh has served as the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Head of the Department of Design and Applied Arts, Director of the Jordanian Design Center, and Head of the Department of Visual Arts at Yarmouk University for several years. He has represented Jordan in numerous academic meetings and conferences, and he has many international and regional publications. Additionally, he has participated in several art exhibitions both within Jordan and abroad, in places such as Alberta-Canada, San Francisco-USA, Illinois, Chicago, Berkeley, Idaho, Jordan, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, and Syria. Al-Radaideh has also won several international and local awards and certificates of appreciation as a result of his artistic contributions outside the kingdom. He also holds several academic and social memberships, has chaired and participated in many international and regional judging panels, and has supervised several Ph.D. and Master's theses. In addition, he has conducted numerous scientific workshops in the field of art sciences both inside and outside Jordan.
