My research interests also extend to the crucial area of food loss and waste reporting, contributing to the broader discourse on sustainable practices. Having taught at 7 universities in Jordan and England during the last 15 years, my curriculum covers the fields of financial and managerial accounting, operations management and supply chain, and marketing.
