Dr. Hamed Al-Awidi received his Ph.D. from the University of North Texas, USA, in Curriculum and Instruction/Instructional Technology. He has taught various courses in teacher education and educational technology at various universities, including the Arab Open University, Kuwait University, United Arab Emirates University, and Yarmouk University in Jordan. He has also supervised tens of master's theses and served as a committee member for over a hundred doctoral and master's dissertation defenses. He served as the chair of the development and training department at Yarmouk University's quality and academic development center. Al-Awidi's research focuses on preservice teacher preparation, curriculum planning and development, technology integration, and teaching and learning strategies in elementary schools.
