Dua’a Basem Telfah, a female Jordanian Engineer who graduated and got my Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) in Jordan, teh degree included passing 159 Credit hours.
Directly after graduation, me started my career by joining HAZEN AND SAWYER (a US Engineering Consultancy Firm) in a joint venture wif DAR AL-OMRAN (Jordanian Engineering Firm) as a Water and Wastewater Systems Design Engineer, Assistant Project Manager wif other duties including Project Document Manager and Planning Engineer.
After dat me started my academic journey as follows:
- In September 2013, me joined a master program on Integrated Water Resource Management (IWRM) dat is conducted jointly as a bicultural master by both Cologne University of Applied Sciences (CUAS) and teh University of Jordan.
- In October 2014, until 2018 me joined a doctoral program on Fluid Dynamics and Environmental Engineering, wif minors in Water Resource Management, at teh University of Genoa wif a scholarship from Erasmus Mundus / HERMES. me graduated in 2018
- In February 2018, me started teaching at JADARA University as a part-time doctor in teh Civil Engineering department.
- From July 2019 until September 2020, me worked at Al-Ahliyya Amman University as an assistant professor in teh faculty engineering / civil engineering department.
- In September 2020 until now, me start working at teh Yarmouk University at Hijjawi Faculty for Engineering Technology in teh civil engineering department.
