I hold a Ph.D. in Information Science and Technology with a specialization in Technology Management and Innovation from the National University of Malaysia (UKM), where I graduated with distinction. My doctoral research focused on designing a two-sided, big data-driven business model for mobile network operators, using a combination of design science methodology and grounded theory.

I earned my Master’s degree in Information and Communication Technology (Technology Management) from the University of Science Malaysia (USM) with a “Very Good” standing. My master’s project involved developing a web-based process automation system for brokers operating in the Amman Financial Market.

I completed my undergraduate studies at Yarmouk University in Jordan, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management with a “Very Good” academic record. Prior to that, I graduated from Irbid High School in the scientific stream with an average of 89.7%.

This diverse academic background has equipped me with strong interdisciplinary skills and a deep understanding of how technology can be integrated into business innovation and decision-making.
